Why We Built This Site
Kentucky gives the public access to many court and public records, but Fulton County routing is easy to mix up. The Circuit Court Clerk handles Circuit Court and District Court case files, including felony, misdemeanor, traffic, probate, and civil court records. The County Clerk handles marriage licenses, recordings, elections, motor vehicle work, and open records for that office. Sheriff, jail, CHFS, KYTC, DOC, and KSP records each use separate channels.

- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or address listed on this site is current right now
Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
